After joining My City Connected and exploring its features, take the next step by upgrading to become a “Verified Member.” For just $1 per month, you’ll unlock additional benefits, including increased platform credits, the ability to open your own store, start groups, and more exciting features to enhance your experience!
As a Verified Member, you’re ready to begin opening your store. Head to the marketplace and look for the new “Apply to Open Store” button. Click it to start the application process, fill out the required details, and submit your application to get started!
Once your application is submitted, it will be assigned to one of our dedicated business account specialists. They’ll reach out to guide you through the setup process, step by step, ensuring everything is completed smoothly and accurately. Your account specialist is there to assist with any questions you have and help get your store up and running seamlessly!
IMPORTANT: Your store can be ready in as little as a day—or it could take weeks—the timeline is entirely up to you. The quicker you complete the application process and set up your payment processing, the sooner you’ll be able to start selling.
